Since when? Putin is panicking and has painted himself into a corner. If Putin makes a move he will become like Gaddafi, Sadam and bin laden. It is likely most Russians will welcome the US into Russia. Russian will then be in debt for war reconstruction.
The world needs a war to re balance power. A good financial crash to re balance the financial system and housing crash to re balance the economy.
