    Check out the article titled "A lithium supply crisis" from the page below - it is the 9th article under the lithium heading.

    While it doesn't address supply, it notes that aggregate demand is likely to increase significantly if car makers produce the 2 million hybrid vehicles they have commited to by 2010.
