Mt Bevan Iron Ore JV
The joint venture (HAW 40% and Legacy 60%) continues to work with its proposed partners( HMPL and Atlas - refer to ASX announcement of 15 November 2021) and their legal advisors on the terms of the agreements and a further update should be available in coming weeks.

A formal JV can't be to far away going from the announcement above which was 6 weeks ago. What irritates me, is that Hawthorn updated progress and Legacy's management have been absolutely silent.
