    I have raised this issue before, myself. Shorting of RRS shares was coming out of the US, where the only big holding capable of lending such stock was Firebird Fund. At the same time that the SP was being shorted, Firebird was accumulating. Before Firebird started accumulating, they transferred their stock to Citycorp nom a/c to conseal their activity.
