Good question Primo, basically said NO before he started to make my firm point known. he asked if i was still a shareholder, have i heard about the offer from Todd, and last one was why am i voting NO, sorry i really was already switched off so can't recall other question.
I said offer was not fair to all shareholders and did not come close to fair value.
It was very poinyant when i shut him off with No straight up and he had a chuckle. I can only assume he had received all No's during the day. Can't for the life of me see why someone would say yes.
