The corporate presentation and 4C both indicate how they aim to achieve funding for commercialization. Obviously we don't know the specifics as that would be market sensitive information.
In WA alone, Double brick has become the most common construction material for single storey residential houses due to the significant increase in timber prices when compared to largely unchanged brick pricing from BKW and PGH. It's all of the other aspects and processes of brick/block construction that have traditionally made it an expensive method.
WB's brick operations are largely autonomous. FBR has stated in the last announcement that only two people are required on site for the HX to operate. Conveniently, that abides by the VIC stage-4 construction guidelines of a skeleton crew.
