...747, i am in alignment with Baukaw on how it seems to be playing out...to date, nothing that i have seen or genuinely heard makes me think otherwise...do i believe sdl is worth more? yes, i would have been content with 57c, but in a perfect world 70c would have been achievable...fyi, i will now be voting NO on principle because I choose to and regardless of the consequences...and fyi also i have had a shocker of a year in stocks held in 2012, but that won't deter me on my position re: sdl...call me stupid, call me insane, but don't care...lets hope 2013 is a better year
