From what I gather it took 18 months to make that deal.

Patience is required.

NOTE: I am in no way suggesting that Sundance/Hanlong will take 18 months from here! The only rumour I have heard is along the lines published in the press - NDRC want to see a partner brought in as Hanlong have not stumped up any of their own cash yet. It is likely to be a Chinese steel mill. I am guessing Wisco is a front runner as I think they were one of the parties looking at Sundance prior to the Hanlong bid.
