Hi Del, yes, it was always most likely going to be a Chinese Steel mill given Hanlongs involvement. It is a bit of Chinese internal configuration but the end result is likely to be the same - deal going through. WISCO was talked about in the press as I remember.
The media releases from Hanlong at this point in time is interesting. They may be already set up with a mill and are running some PR in China on how smart and good corporate citizens they are.
