Its called , disruption of the thermohaline circulation .
Scientists believe it will cause localized cooling in the North Atlantic. This cooling could lead to an unprecedented movement of displaced persons from the Nordic countries,Britain,and Ireland to escape the extreme cold climate.

Scientists are predicting this scenario 30-50 years from now ,if the polar ice caps keep melting.
