The oceans are deep and only a thin layer at the surface is agitated so it takes more than 10 years to heat up. It takes at least a century.
The warming oceans give off CO2 so if the oceans ARE warming, how much of the CO2 increase is attributable to that? CO2 rise is a lagging indicator of temp rise, not the reverse as the warmists would have us believe.
