Global warming results in more extreme weather conditions...both hot and cold.
I live on the coast and can tell you this...over the last 20 years, the high tide mark is increasingly becoming higher each season.
This is not anecdotal...this is an actual measured observation!
It is not by a large degree, perhaps just 10cm or so, but enough to be noticeable.
