heard a plan to deploy up to 500 solar powered boats off africa that would spray salt water up into the atmosphere as part of a trial spaced 40km apart and remote controlled from GPS systems they would churn up seawater and form a sparay that would float up and coat low lying clouds in a mist - they reckon this would deflect sunlight before it reaches the ground helping support global cooling 4.5% of all ocean clouds covered and coated in this way would neglect all global warming according to models - total cost of $1-$2B you would need these fleets off most major coastlines but especially western africa, brazil and australia.

Once in place it is apparently quite effective - combiend with the he3 option of fusion plants using moon mined he3 and you would remove all fossil fuels - 1000 tonnes of he3 mined from the moon where it is plentiful would provide a clean global energy supply.
