The proposed law on dis information sets up two levels of free speech;
1) Academics, press and government agencies can say what they want. 2) Ordinary folk can't publish "dis information" challenging " verifiable Facts" posted by the first group.
So the ABC, BOM ,CSIRO or public servants say manmade global warming is real. Is it therefore a verifiable fact? If so then the rest of us can't dispute it.
