I agree, not concerned in the slightest about the planet.
Human civilisations are are a fart in the wind for the planet also, our survival after screwing the ecosystem/shitting in the nest is far less certain. That's assuming we are purely self interested, that extinctions of other species don't matter.
What the condominium developers write in their prospectus doesn't prove a thing, in NZ we are finding low lying areas soon to be uninsurable.
If you have bought a beach front property behind a sand dune you are not the sharpest knife in the drawer. These places would be under threat even without global warming.
