IMHO voters is some electorates are wealthy enough to be able to vote along those lines.
Other voters of child rearing age and dependent on Government payments are more worried about prices going up at the bowser and supermarket at the moment.
From my experience if inflation takes off as predicted along with rising interest rates those voters will be paying their bills first and cutting down on discretionary spending.
