All of this pseudo-scientific justification has been directed at taxation, trading of carbon dioxide and changing the industrial bedrock of our industrial societies, large amounts of always available grid power to force a massive change to undependable, weather-dependent wind PV solar power generation with equally massive profits to insiders positioned to reap the profit...

Taxation and trading of CO2 was initially a plan of the now defunct enron as another of their schemes to extract predatory profits from the general population and industries, this time from parasiting on micro-changes in atmospheric composition...

Of course politicians like the idea of appearing to be heroically saving the planet while extracting massive extra amounts of cash from industries and tax payers so it is obvious why such a scheme of CO2 taxation hasn't been laughed into oblivion and be thought as a type of "kick-me" joke...

Similarly predatory financial firms see the profitable beauty of CO2 trading as a new wealth generation scheme to replace and augment the housing loan business they corrupted that essentially cratered the US economy due to their fraud...

benbradley, that is a great attempt to convince that consensus, consilience and evidence is against AGW. I'd love to agree with you, but I can't as I am a scientist and I know where the consensus, consilience and evidence really sits
