Wikipedia reports the global average concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere is 441 ppm (May 2022) i.e. 0.04%, Any one can check this.
"United nation committee Top policy makers" were asked what the percentage of the atmosphere is CO2. Their answer... umm, err ,... 5% maybe That is a order of numerically wrong by an order of 12,500 % ! (video below)
Should the west seriously be turning the economy on its head causing massive inflation and souring energy prices based on policy decisions makers so called understanding of CO2 and climate change.
