1) It is a loaded term that prepossess a truth, in sales it is a a powerful trick to persuade people, its called "presuming the sale"
2) It has association with a holocaust denier.
This loaded terms are not helpful to a rational debate.

Perhaps a better word would be "SKEPTIC"
