A court order is a court order. if he has refused to hand over documentation as asserted then he is the idiot for not doing so and left himself and the agenda on shaky ground. at this stage there is no reason to believe the story is false. so i would be very suspicious as to why he has not complied with court orders. you are playing down a serious perversion of justice
