it's the margins that count...but when scarcity is a worry it seems their margins can get very high....they were 5 to 14 months ago... with what was going on in Odessa and other Port near Romania; heatwave in northern hemisphere and drought in parts of U.S. and Canada, the scarcity factor looked like coming in again.
