    well done.....
    now for the antagonists.....
    look in the rear view to see how property faired since 2007.....
    some places have risen 20-30% up to 2010 then flatlined...but no huge drops.........
    no drama....unlike the shifting sands of the othere asset classes...
    and good rental income in the meantime...
