There is a huge difference between constructive criticism and outright abusive rants directed at fellow members and management everytime the SP drops, if one can't handle there emotions then best they refrain from the abuse or move on as it's obviously affecting there health.
As for having horse blinkers on, the one who thinks the POZ and IBG will perform in this current resources downturn is the one who needs to remove them and look around.
re; Fung, i have to disagree every "credible" analysis (wood Mac, CRU, Glencore) have all said from Q3 2015 - 2018.
