I think the "old target" was about 17.3m units, based on the index.
As Whitegold points out, as the fund increases in size, this should also increase! So they are not full yet...
I expect that they will rebalance periodically as the various companies fluctuate in value...? e.g. they may sell down a company that outperforms, in order to maintain the same fraction of that company in the total fund $... Is that how it works..?
