There seems to be some misunderstanding and talking past each other going on here.
If I can be so bold as to try and summarise what I think fawr, Moosey and myself are trying to say is :-
Some human being at Global X has made a conscious decision to say Silex is a legitimate global uranium player in the world uranium market and we are going to allocate 1% of our funds to them.
What we want to know is what data do they have or what logic have they used to be confident and bold enough to make that investment and get it approved.
There seems to be some misunderstanding and talking past each...
