here Dr mair states early in 2012 that all work is finnished and a licence will come that year and building should start 2013 with production in 2016.
at that time the market cap was $2oo million and 410 million shares . so in the 4years since we have double the shares ,one twentith the share price, but no field work in that time .So perhaps there are real reasons the price is spiralling down down down. time for a major change to the way things are done
