This is a high risk high reward project. Atm it sounds very risky considering the amount of capital required to make this venture work. There is not enough capital. But I have to say, I believe that luck and timing will have the final say.
They believe and will do everything to make it happen.
Big picture risk takers will take a punt. Astute investors wouldn't invest more then pocket money. Nobody doubts their capabilities. But everyone doubts where the cash will come from.
