That's from the report maybe you guys should read all of it befor stressing out.
When it says commencing in 2019 they mean first launch of the pearls.
By 2020 full consultation will be up,
that 4 year thing your reading is when they started with the pears which was last year we knew of the pearls 2017 4 years from 2017 =2020 yes they could of wrote it better so there is no confusion but that's what they ment.
Also that 50 to 76 mill to gomspac was always common knowledge nothing new this had been out for maybe 8 months the pearls are more powerful than the Dimonds and bigger so the cost was always going to be more.
Nothing has changed its still 200 mill for the whole construction including all necessary items for the guys on the ground.
I think people need to just let Meir and his team do there thing and less stress.
I'm not worried 1 bit and I have a lot on the tabel.

I really do admire your confidents. I struggling with finding answers circulating around funding without causing further damage to share holders.
