My view as stated prior is that any perceived rush to China is due to their legislative announcement that waste water treatment is becoming mandatory, so as such the time to be active in that country is now. I won't repeat myself, but I believe this is the right strategy for EMC to be targeting China now, and I will happily wait 12 months to start looking up Byron Bay real estate once the contracts are signed and the revenue is flowing, as EMC shares will not be available at current prices then. All in my opinion only.
