Yes and your point about GJ's doing far better business in the past is also a fair point - but that's the way of competition in everything since the beginning of time. GJ's is in a business with low barriers of entry and it really doesn't have a clearly defined 'point of difference'. It just happens to be 'there', just like the rest. And yes, I think the brand is tired.

By comparison, GYG is new, vibrant, handy and clearly it appeals to the 'youngies'. I'm a boomer and I bet my 'mob' (can't say I'm a fan of that word) don't go to GYG's all that much. We remember the Mexican phase of the 70's & 80's.
