Mate, good luck, you have a fair chunk. A little more than 10m and you will be in the top 20.

For me, you have to know the competition comes from independent shops. I see many donuts popup stores around the place. Even petrol stations sell donuts.

For coffee, there are many independent operators, who don’t have to pay a 10% franchise fee and who have great fit-outs and good food/coffee, amongst many other franchise operators. In a slow economic environment, you have to ask if RFG will attract as many new partners. 10% can make or break a business.

Also, diversification may need to be considered - never have everything in one egg.

Also, does anyone know if Peter George will leave the company soon to take up a role at Booktopia? His contract ends in less than a year's time - June 2023. Has anyone been able to clarify this with the company? This to me can be an opportunity or a risk since he has such control of RFG (he dominates the small Board).
