I think Sotera is right that the real competition comes from independent shops. Does anyone on here actually buy coffee at Gloria Jeans? I'm a holder, but honestly I don't frequent any of RFG's brands. I don't think I know anyone who does either. Curious to know if anyone on here is actually a loyal consumer of any RFG brands, Gloria Jeans in particular. To me they are a brand people go to if they happen to be nearby when they need a coffee or whatever. I don't really know if they drive any customer loyalty. But I'm very keen to hear everyone's thoughts on this.
