I forgot to add that the announcements came out today on Commsec, after the Glory AGM passed all the resolutions re sale of Sappes by Cape Lambert to Glory, and the issue of options to directors, brokers and sundry others plus the change of name.
The date 9/11/11 was given as the reinstatement to ASX..
