If this was a drug that was prescribed to prevent weight gain, it might also prevent some proportion of OSA, and there you could argue it will take away some proportion of market share.
From my understanding these drugs are prescribed as treatments for weight loss (and diabetes) rather than to prevent people becoming overweight in the first place.
