    the point i was trying to make is simple, even simple people can understand

    it is credit availability that affects price, not population, shortages and all the other stuff trotted out by the bulls

    Perth is a tight RE market and prices are still stagnant and falling

    whats going to happen if the situation worsens from here?

    or people start leaving?
