I just had a look at RXM. It has just had mining leases approved for gold and copper. Share price .42 and rising.
The share price is rising apparently on the mining lease news, but there seems to be a long time yet before they become producers. Cash assets 24 million, receivables 3 million, inventory 0.
I did a quick comparison to SLR, share price .46 and falling. Cash Assets 12 million, receivables 3 million, inventory 55 million.
What am I missing? Is it all sentiment and news driven? The new kid on the block versus the tired old laggard? Are investors just deeply suspicious of SLR and fearful of more bad news? And if so, how long and what will it take to turn the attitude around to something more positive? A profitable year or even two or three?
