    I posted the undermentioned back on the 19th June, at that stage SIH were trading at $0.14c, just curious are others on HC going to vote in the affirmative for the increase to Directors fees ?
    Presumably to support Directors demands one would anticipate good news prior to the vote, just trying to work out which way my little vote should go !



    Does anyone have any comments regarding the above, specifically item 9,increase in directors fees from $150k to $245k.
    Quite a hefty increase ?
