    The sad and disgraceful bit is this at the end..

    "Yesterday, biotechnology multinational Monsanto said it would give legal support to the GM canola grower if Mr Marsh takes legal action."

    Stuff should not be grown, GM or non GM. imho.

    Monsanto has a real history in the courts on GM as this is how they will dominate food sources, so worth spending a bucket load on litigation.
    They have purchased the largest seed company in Europe. They also spend about USD$900m on research.. so not many will be able to catch them.

    I guess the WA Dept of Ag is going to put barriers up or tell the wind not to blow the seed.. laughable that they think they can keep the crops separate when history around the globe says they will mix.

    Biggest issue for Australia in next 10 years imho..

    If we lose the right to a pure supply of clean seeds then we lose the right to free choice.
