Every one is talking of the Dow doing this and that, but one aspect of the Dow that worries me is the huge decline in two very big componets of the Dow General Motors and Ford. They are in decline in a big way possibly even going bankrupt and they are 2 of the 30 stocks in the Dow, if they fail the ripple effect will keep a lid on the Dow and 11500 -12000 may not be reached in the next 12 months.
