    69 million USD is a drop in the ocean.

    They need a further 810 million US dollars or 1.2 billion Australian dollars.

    Thats more than the GDP of some countries, it’s an insane amount of money,
    Dominican Republic
    vanuatu
    Tonga
    Micronesia etc!
