All very important questions that need answers. Not sure if they give the opportunity for questions prior to the vote or if they give a little presentation - I never attend these meetings, although this time I am making an exception. Anyway i feel that such questions need answers for shareholders to make an informed vote. At this point in time we dont have a lot of information.
