I noted the "its not pretty" comment too (around 42 mins in).

Around 37 mins in, it mentions that the free cash flow from Penumbra isn't available for at least 12 months. So its not free or available to make it's way back to CCC to help out corporately and/or with Mashala.

Around 52 mins there's a discussion on resolution 5.

Meanwhile DT seems generally happy with operations. CCL has cash & can meet Pen comitments. Didn't rule out a bonus (I can't believe that, about 30 minitue mark), looking forward to working on Dewitts over the next 6 months. First coal on Pen in Oct/Nov. Happily paying a $1 royalty on each export tonne from Fererria.

PL invited a shareholder back to the office to review documents on the sale of Vanmag. I hope that person took up the offer.
