    What is the problem if we dont meet The September deadline?

    CCC hardly meets deadlines.
    Socius don't meet payment deadlines.
    Vanmag hasnt meet deadlines.

    I havent looked at the announcements and what not, but If CCC has spent the money for Mashala on something else.

    How is this allowed?
    And surely holders shouldnt be the ones getting punished.
