the proposal is so all shareholders will have a say, i will vote yes if they raise the goal post.
there is always the witch hunt when people do not agree with the new management, i voted yes for all last AGM to remove the old directors, was sick and tired of watching their incompetence.
thought the strike price is 45cents?
