Yes strike price is 45c... But they wouldn't excercise their options @45c otherwise it's pointless them buying without having an opportunity to sell below the excercise price... Remember the SP maybe 45c...but the volume of buy orders may not be... Barney doubts management would sell their options anyway...they'd be in for long term dividend yeild...
