Lets not forget, that whilst the 45c is a market mechanism, there are also performance mechanisms that need to be achieved also, BEFORE they can even decide to convert the options. They are:

Completion of a DFS

70mt resource

Mining Licence

Change of control or event

So one of those 4 need to happen first, THEN only do they have the option to convert them, at say when the SP is 65c….

I understand there are many views here, but each director has my friends, family and own Yes votes all locked up….

I voted for the chair to vote with mine ,
but voted 'For' the new constitution and the directors options.

The new BOD have done a very good job so far IMO and deserve a little incentive.
We all win - even if our SP only gets to 65 cents! Don't forget, it's who they know.
