I don't mind granting options as an incentive for them to work...

I don't mind granting options as an incentive for them to work harder and rewarding them accordingly, but at the current SP it doesn't take much for them to be on money and more, which i think is the main reason the SP will be under 45 cents for awhile.

I would like to see the option strike price higher and will probably vote no for the option resolution
