gm to place shortfall to director

Dear Shareholder,
Please find enclosed a Notice of Meeting (including an accompanying Explanatory Memorandum) for 2.30 pm on 25
February 2010 at the Quest Beaumont Kew, 7 Studley Park Road, Kew, Victoria.
The Business of the Meeting is to pass by Ordinary Resolution the Items of Agenda to assist the Company into the
future.
An important resolution is the approval of the Shortfall Placement Agreement of up to $500,000 of Ordinary Shares
(including unlisted options) with a company associated with Dr Ting - a director of Virax. This approval will ensure the
successful completion of the Rights Offer to raise approximately $1.3 million.

Good to see a director stepping up to the plate for once.
