And for every seller there are two buyers...and with pending announcements, I think that multiple may increase.

Sellers do so at their own risk right now. Sentiment has turned. I dont believe too many applied for shares at 1.5c with the plan of flipping their holding for .2 or .3 of a cent.

Also, since the company has already declared that they will fullfill every SPP request, then those holding have had all day today to sell their existing holdings at this level knowing they will be getting 1m shares in coming days.
