Oh Salty's slowly getting more bullish on this ,yesterday he said it was a sell, now today hes moved to neutral, next week when he's picked up a few it wiill be a buy.lol imo
He also said yesterday that Galoc would happen to mid Nov,
next thing he'll be proved wrong about will be OEL's first
